Our people are our strength. That’s why The Arthur Companies covers 100% of employee medical premiums through Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota, with additional HSA contributions for every plan. Time Away

Rest is part of the job. Full-time team members start with 15 days of paid time off and 8 paid holidays, along with up to 12 hours of volunteer time each year and parental leave (40–120 hours) to support growing families.
